1Password is the world’s most trusted password manager. I joined the 1Password content team in February 2020 and in September I took on the responsibility of managing the team of three writers. I grew the team to nine content marketers, streamlined our processes, and raised our visibility within the company. As a cross-functional content team we worked closely with growth, sales, partnerships, social, and design, as well as external agencies and partners.
I guided the team as we worked across messaging and strategy for brand, product, web, sales enablement, and content marketing. I also contributed to the broader marketing strategy, working with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, product launches and more. I also had the opportunity to contribute to product and microcopy.
I was responsible for strategy, planning and briefing for the 1Password blog.
